Trust - Stay Credible

Season #2 Episode #25

“Trust doesn't mean that you trust that someone won't’ screw up - it means you trust them even when they do screw up.” -Ed Catmull

Trust is next up on the list of SevenCritical Factors to Team Strong Leadership. The Trust factor again has 3 critical elements - Be and stay credible, be dependable and continue to serve.

Credibility is the starting off point of the trust factor:

  • Credibility is the quality of being trusted and believed in.
  • Credible means you are authentic.
