Lead Edge Press, which hosts the Breaking Average website, is the brainchild of Paul Gustavson, the CTO and co-founder of SimVentions.  Paul has a passion for leadership.  He has written several books on the topic, and is a founding member of the John Maxwell Team. 

Paul's personal goal is to connect with others to imagine, create, explore and discover.  He shares,  "That's #MyWhy.   In pursuit of this goal, I try to learn something new every week, and, I've discovered, that's not too hard. There's always something new to learn."
