Who we are. Lead Edge Group LLC (dba Breaking Average) operates the Lead Bulletproof Community. This addendum explains how we handle data for the SMS program.

What we collect. We collect your mobile number, consent status, timestamp of consent, message content you send to us, delivery reports, and related technical metadata.

How we use data. We use this data to send and receive texts you request, maintain program records, troubleshoot delivery, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable rules and carrier requirements.

Legal basis and consent. We process SMS data based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Sharing. We share SMS data with our service providers who support delivery and program management (for example, our SMS processor ClickSend and workflow tools). These providers use the data only to perform services for us.

Sale of data. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention. We retain SMS data for as long as needed to operate the program and meet legal or compliance requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your SMS data by emailing [email protected].

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect SMS data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International use. The SMS program is intended for US recipients; delivery outside the US is not guaranteed.
