Our Week at a Glance
"Lead Bulletproof" is a midweek reboot for leaders in the heart of the Rockies from April 25-29, 2022. Here's a glimpse of the framework we currently have planned.
Note: Not shown are the breaks, moments of rest and reflection embedded through out each day (morning, afternoon, and evening). These breaks are critical for a reboot. At the end of the week, anticipate coming back refreshed and renewed.

Need a Reset?
Our summit is intended primarily as a place to get rested, realigned, and resilient. The masterminds, and various opportunities for connection with others will offer you the encouragement and insight you might need, or you might be able to offer someone else. Anticipte renewed clarity on vision and strategy.
Want to Explore?
When you are in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, you discover more than a handful of opportunities to explore and experience adventure. There's hiking, fishing, indoor rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, hot springs, and more. Every excursion creates a great opportunity for connection.
Inspired to Write?
Our summit includes optional time for you to focus and create if you desire. In fact, there are others coming (leaders) who are planning to seize upon the quiet time out in the mountains and write content during the mornings or afternoon blocks.
Led to Share?
Our summit includes "Stories by the Fire", which is a TedX like event for thought leaders to share a message, or deliver maybe that signature speech you are working on. Spring Canyon provides the perfect setting, with a captive audience. Your talk will be captured on high quality video for later use.
Travel Schedule
We encourage you fly in to Denver on Sunday, April 24th, or first thing Monday morning on the 25th. There's a 3 hour drive (ride share) to Buena Vista around 1pm on Monday to the Spring Canyon camp, which is nestled at the foothills of the mountains. We head back to Denver mid morning on Friday the 29th. Look to catch a flight late afternoon Friday or the next day. We will be working a special deal for a hotel near the airport Sunday night and Friday night for those that need it.

Even leaders need a reset
Let's face it, as leaders we are anxious for better. After 2 years of COVID, the challenges of business and life, and on the heels of Winter, it's going to be time for a reboot.
Think about it this way. My computer, every few weeks, needs to cycle through a reboot. It simply performs better when it does. Without a reboot it lags, and never runs at its optimum. You and I are the same way.
A reboot brings clarity, courage, and connection.
Part of that clarity, courage and connection is centered on Vision. Vision for yourself, and vision for those that you lead. And, I'd like to think Vision from a higher source. That's why I like to get out in the mountains. I feel connected to God and get realigned with my purpose.

A few years back the band "Citizen Way" created a song titled "Bullet Proof". The "Lead Bulletproof" Conference was created without any knowledge of this song. But you know what, it meshes nicely.
