Red Rocks Amphitheater
We begin just outside Denver at Red Rocks Amphitheatre for our opening session on Monday at 11:30 a.m. There is no better place to set the tone. Natural stone. Open sky. Perspective.
Our session will take place in the Rock Room, a private and distinctive event space inside the Visitor Center. It features a natural rock formation and access to a lower terrace, creating a setting that feels both grounded and elevated.
Spring Canyon Conference Center
Later on Monday afternoon, we head into the heart of the Rockies to a world-class conference setting built for focus and clarity. Spring Canyon sits at the base of Mount Princeton, surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest.
Flowing through the property is one of the cleanest natural spring waters in the world. You can drink directly from it. The spring feeds a series of majestic ponds at the base of the property, reflecting the mountains that rise above them. The setting slows you down. It sharpens you at the same time.
Just minutes away are the headwaters of the Arkansas River and the town of Buena Vista.
Connect
Connect with fellow leaders who understand the weight you carry. Senior executives, entrepreneurs, coaches, speakers, pastors, and other proven leaders gather here with one aim: real growth. No junior staff. No vendors pitching. Just men at meaningful stages of leadership who want to sharpen one another and help others rise.
Collaborate
There’s power in learning from leaders in different arenas. The CEO gains insight from the entrepreneur. The pastor shares perspective with the business owner. The coach listens to the speaker. This mix creates breakthrough thinking that single-industry events can’t touch. Iron shaping iron across roles, backgrounds, and experiences.
Climb
This Summit is designed for leaders who refuse to stay where they are. We come together to connect with purpose, collaborate with clarity, and climb toward growth that doesn’t happen alone. Climb means moving upward in strength, mindset, and mission. It’s the shared pursuit of becoming better men, better leaders, and better guides for those who follow our steps.

Register TodayTo Leaders who Lead,
Years ago, I stepped away into the Colorado mountains to reset and refocus. That time changed me. Soon, I invited a few others to join. The impact multiplied.
What started as one leader catching his breath became a movement—a team of men hungry to lead with purpose, courage, and clarity. Now, we want you with us.
Join us this April for the Lead Bulletproof Community – Men’s Elite Leadership Summit. It’s more than an event—it’s a reset for men who carry the weight of leadership and want to carry it well.
The theme for this 2026: BUILT FOR IMPACT. It’s about remembering who you’re called to be—and building a life that shows it.
We’ll meet in the Colorado Rockies. No slideshows. No fluff. Just real conversations, real brotherhood, and real growth. You’ll get time to breathe, think, and connect with other leaders who get it.
Seats are limited. But if this resonates—act now.
Let’s lead strong. Let’s lead together.

Need a Reset?
Our summit is intended primarily as a place to get rested, realigned, and resilient. The masterminds, and various opportunities for connection with others will offer you the encouragement and insight you might need, or you might be able to offer someone else. Anticipte renewed clarity on vision and strategy.
Want to Explore?
When you are in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, you discover more than a handful of opportunities to explore and experience adventure. There's hiking, fishing, indoor rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, hot springs, and more. Every excursion creates a great opportunity for connection.
Inspired to Write?
Our summit includes optional time to focus and create in a quiet, inspiring setting. Some leaders plan to use the mountain mornings or afternoon blocks to write, plan, or refine content they’ve been carrying. Whether it’s a book, a message, or new ideas—this is space to create with purpose and clarity.
Led to Share?
Our summit features Stories by the Fire—an evening experience where like-minded leaders gather to share insights, stories, and moments that matter. It’s not about polished speeches—it’s about connection. Whether you’re refining a signature message or sharing from the heart, Spring Canyon offers the perfect setting and a listening community that leans in.
Travel Schedule

April is the best time to reset—but don’t wait until then to make plans.
Teams often gather in the fall—September or October—for their big offsites. That makes sense: the year is winding down, and strategy for the next one is on the horizon. But for a personal reset, waiting that long is a mistake. Early January feels inspiring, but it’s too soon—you don’t yet have enough lived experience in the year to know what’s working or what needs to change.
That’s why April and May are powerful months for a leader to step away. Three to four months into the year, the patterns are clear. Wins and setbacks are visible. And with more than half the year ahead, you have plenty of runway to pivot, reset, and make it your best. This is why we gather in April. It’s not just another event—it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and reset before the year runs away from you.
Investment: $2197 (includes accommodations, meals, and materials)
Price increases after February 28. Secure your spot now and be intentional about how you will finish the year and step into the next.
The breakthrough you need might happen in these mountains, around the fire, or on the trail with a fellow leader who gets it.
