Once again we're taking it one step higher

Each year we explore what it takes to face the mountain. This year, we explore what it takes to create even greater impact.

As leaders, we’re called to raise up other leaders no matter the load. But sometimes we hit a wall. Sometimes imposter syndrome creeps in. It’s real—and it must be stopped early. We were made to make an impact. We are called to lead. But even leaders need a basecamp to reset. That’s what Lead Bulletproof is all about.

You don’t want to miss this year’s Summit.

It’s a chance to get around leaders who want to grow—not just for themselves but for those they lead. We’ll be in the heart of the Rockies, where together we’ll find encouragement, focus, and a fresh reminder of our calling to lead.

Now, imagine two worlds.

One world is full of challenges—conflict, crisis, exhaustion, and isolation.
The other is full of opportunities—clarity, courage, calm, and confidence.

Both are real. The first is the default if we let it. The second is what it feels like to be bulletproof. It’s not chosen for us—but we can choose it.

Being bulletproof means being resilient, clear, and courageous.

One of the best ways to get there is stepping into the mountains. In that quiet and reflection, alignment happens:

  • Connected to our faith

  • Connected to our purpose

  • Connected to our future

A few years ago, we began inviting other leaders to join us—men leading businesses, brands, churches, and teams. Something powerful happened. Clarity, courage, and connection multiplied when shared. That bond gave us a taste of what it means to lead bulletproof. It’s why we return every spring.

This year, we’re expanding it—and you’re invited.

This week in Colorado is designed to help us reset, recharge, and get bulletproof for the future. When we’re with others who share the same values, clarity sharpens, courage grows, and our next steps become clear.

Seating is limited, and this is a private event. We’ve kept the cost as low as possible, and a link is ready to reserve your spot today.

Let’s make memories that last a lifetime. Let’s get bulletproof as leaders.

Your Peer Advisory Board for a Week

Connect with fellow leaders who understand the weight you carry. C-suite executives, successful entrepreneurs, coaches, speakers, pastors, and other proven leaders gather here—no junior staff, no vendors pitching—just men at various stages of significant leadership who are committed to growth and helping others grow.

The Power of Cross-Sector Insights

There's something powerful about learning from leaders in different industries and roles. The CEO gains fresh perspective from the entrepreneur. The pastor shares wisdom with the business owner. The coach learns from the speaker. This mix creates breakthrough thinking that single-industry events can't match.

This year we're taking it one step higher!

Last yer we dove into the topic of what it takes to live bulletproof. This year we explore what it takes to elevate leaders around us.

Let's face it, as leaders we are called to raise other leaders.  How are you doing in that department?  Do you want to take it up another level?

If so, you don't want to miss this years event. Get near other leaders who have a desire to develop not just themselves but others leaders.  This is the one event you don't want to miss.  We're nestled in the heart of the rockies. You will be lifted and encouraged, walking away with a fresh focus on the calling on your life to lead others.

It's also about helping others get bulletproof!

Imagine two worlds...

One world is filled with challenges and struggles. It's a world where you might experience frequent conflict and crisis. In this world you feel overwhelmed, tired, maybe even isolated or discouraged as a leader.

The other world, however, is filled with opportunities and is refreshing and invigorating. It's a world where you experience calm, clarity, courage, and confidence despite what's happening around you. In this world, you feel equipped; and prepared for the journey. You are ready to lead yourself and your team.

Both these worlds exist -- they are real. One is full of challenges, the other is full of opportunities. The first world is the default. It's what's chosen for us -- if we allow it. The second world, however,  is what it feels like to be bulletproof. It's not chosen for us, but we can chose it!

Being bulletproof is about being resilient, being clear, and being courageous.. And one way that I've discovered to get bulletproof is to get out in the mountains and find a place of quiet and reflection.  It creates alignment, and a feeling of connection:

  • connected to your faith
  • connected with your purpose
  • connected to your future

A few years ago I started inviting other men in leadership to join me in the mountains . These are men leading businesses, building brands, shepherding  churches, or equipping teams. They represent all walks of life, sharing a common bond of leadership, and the desire to shape the future.

Something profound happened to me personally beyond just a solo retreat. The connections I wanted, the clarity I needed, the courage I longed for - they were all multiplied. The bond and encouragement that resulted gave me and these other men a taste of what it feels like to be bulletproof. It's why we go back every spring.

This year we are expanding it. We know more leaders and leadership teams need this. And you are invited.

Think about it this way. Each day prepares us for the next. And this incredible week that we have planned in Colorado is intended to help you get bulletproof as a leader for the future.  Being bulletproof is a choice, and it can start by saying "yes" to this week.

A bulletproof future starts with a renewed you.

Why?

Because YOU are the primary player of your future. Your future can’t exist without you. That's why you need to lead bulletproof.

To "lead bulletproof" is a mindset -- and it's a lifestyle. I encourage you to block off this week and be intentional in coming. Recognize that when you are with just a few others who share common leadership values, you get more clarity, you find new levels of courage, and you start the next leg of your journey connected and supported.

Think about it. When you take a vacation, or you retreat away for a day, you want to come back restored, refreshed, and ready. Part of that “ready” is to have new insights. We can seize our future only by shaping our present. That’s why, becoming bulletproof matters.

This time in the mountains give us an opportunity to reset our intentions, to let go of our inhibitions, seize new beginnings, and, for those of Faith, to hear God's whisper.

I invite you to join me. Seating is limited. This is a private event and not officially advertised. There's a chance this price will go up soon, so book your spot now. We've kept the cost as low as possible so that it won't be a barrier. My friend Richard Mobley, (see his testimony below), has set up a link on to get you locked in today.

I’m so excited. Let's look forward to creating new memories that will last a lifetime. Let's get bulletproof as leaders!

Yours in Faith,
Paul

To Leaders who Lead,

Years ago, I stepped away into the Colorado mountains to reset and refocus. That time changed me. Soon, I invited a few others to join. The impact multiplied.

What started as one leader catching his breath became a movement—a team of men hungry to lead with purpose, courage, and clarity. Now, we want you with us.

Join us this April for the Lead Bulletproof Community – Men’s Elite Leadership Summit. It’s more than an event—it’s a reset for men who carry the weight of leadership and want to carry it well.

The theme for this 2026: BUILT FOR IMPACT. It’s about remembering who you’re called to be—and building a life that shows it.

We’ll meet in the Colorado Rockies. No slideshows. No fluff. Just real conversations, real brotherhood, and real growth. You’ll get time to breathe, think, and connect with other leaders who get it.

Seats are limited. But if this resonates—act now.

Let’s lead strong. Let’s lead together.

Need a Reset?

Our summit is intended primarily as a place to get rested, realigned, and resilient.  The masterminds, and various opportunities for connection with others will offer you the encouragement and insight you might need, or you might be able to offer someone else. Anticipte renewed clarity on vision and strategy.

Want to Explore?

When you are in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, you discover more than a handful of opportunities to explore and experience adventure. There's hiking, fishing, indoor rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, hot springs, and more. Every excursion creates a great opportunity for connection.

Inspired to Write?

Our summit includes optional time to focus and create in a quiet, inspiring setting. Some leaders plan to use the mountain mornings or afternoon blocks to write, plan, or refine content they’ve been carrying. Whether it’s a book, a message, or new ideas—this is space to create with purpose and clarity.

Led to Share?

Our summit features Stories by the Fire—an evening experience where like-minded leaders gather to share insights, stories, and moments that matter. It’s not about polished speeches—it’s about connection. Whether you’re refining a signature message or sharing from the heart, Spring Canyon offers the perfect setting and a listening community that leans in.

Travel Schedule

We encourage you fly in to Denver on Sunday, April 19th or first thing Monday morning on the 20st.  Monday, we start our adventure gathering for lunch at the iconic Gaylord Rockies starting at 11am.. April is the best time to reset—but don’t wait until then to make plans.

Teams often gather in the fall—September or October—for their big offsites. That makes sense: the year is winding down, and strategy for the next one is on the horizon. But for a personal reset, waiting that long is a mistake. Early January feels inspiring, but it’s too soon—you don’t yet have enough lived experience in the year to know what’s working or what needs to change.

That’s why April and May are powerful months for a leader to step away. Three to four months into the year, the patterns are clear. Wins and setbacks are visible. And with more than half the year ahead, you have plenty of runway to pivot, reset, and make it your best. This is why we gather in April. It’s not just another event—it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and reset before the year runs away from you.

Investment: $1897 (includes accommodations, meals, and materials)

Price increases after November 30. Secure your spot now and be intentional about how you will finish the year and step into the next.

The breakthrough you need might happen in these mountains, around the fire, or on the trail with a fellow leader who gets it.
